How much do you charge for your services?
Our services are billed on a flat fee, contingent fee, or hourly-fee basis, as determined either during our initial phone call or at the initial office conference.
Do you charge a fee for an initial office conference?
For most initial office conferences, we do not charge a fee. We will discuss office conference fees with you during our initial phone call.
How should I schedule an appointment?
Call our office at (314) 821-8212. We will briefly discuss your legal matter with you and, if appropriate, schedule an office conference to determine if we can be of assistance.
How long will it take for you to decide if you will take my case?
The decision on whether to take your case, how the case will be handled, and the charge for services will be made either during the initial phone call or at the initial office conference. If your case is not appropriate for our practice, we may offer other resources for you to consider.
What are your policies on confidentiality?
All communications with you are strictly confidential. We do not discuss your case with anyone without your prior approval.
Do you ever have client conferences away from your office?
Yes. We frequently meet with clients at locations outside of the office, if necessary or convenient.
Where is your office located?
Our office is located in Kirkwood, Missouri, a mile from downtown Kirkwood, close to The Magic House and just north of Meramec Community College. The building resembles a house and is located at the end of a residential street.
Where do I park when I come to your office?
There is a free, private parking lot behind the office with ample spaces. It is accessible by the driveway on the south side of our building. Street parking is also available.
Are your offices accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes. You may enter the building without having to go up or down steps. The building is ADA compliant.
What is your dog’s name?
His name is Gus. He’s an English cream golden retriever.
